Baby Feed - Notes
At Baby Feed - Notes, your family's privacy is our top priority. We collect only what the app needs to work, and your baby's data belongs to you.
We never sell your data, never show ads, and never use your data for tracking or profiling.
To provide the app, we store:
We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
The app asks whether you want to share anonymous usage statistics (for example, "an entry was logged" or "the upgrade screen was opened") through Google Analytics for Firebase. It is off unless you choose Allow, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings → Share usage statistics.
These statistics contain no baby data, no notes and no email address, are not linked to your account, and are never used for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a trusted cloud platform by Google. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted so that only you (and a partner you invite) can read your family's data in the app. We never have access to your password and only access stored data when needed to operate the service or when you ask us for help.
If you use the family sharing feature, your baby's data is shared only with the partner you explicitly invite using a unique invitation code. No one else can access your data.
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store (on iOS) or Google Play Store (on Android). We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or any payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and sync purchases across your devices. RevenueCat does not have access to your payment information.
If you enable push notifications, we use Expo Push Notification Service to deliver notifications to your device. This requires a device push token, which is used solely for delivering notifications you've opted into. You can disable notifications at any time from the app settings or your device settings.
Baby Feed - Notes is designed for parents and caregivers to track their baby's daily activities. The app is not intended to be used by children. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. All data entered into the app is provided voluntarily by the parent or caregiver.
The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
None of these services are used for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.
You can delete your account and data anytime in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by email. See how to delete your account for details on what is deleted and what is kept.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
